If you ask people if they have any debt, they usually say something along the lines of "I don't have any debt, except..." and then list whatever debt they don't really consider debt. Let's talk about money and debt and how messed up the entire system is.
Minimalism & Slow Living
When you ask people how much money they have or how much they are in debt, most people don't have a fucking clue. Society pushes us to spend without thinking and often forces us to. We talk about money and debt, budgeting, and what we can do to get to a better place when it comes to finances.
Clothes should be an expression of who you are, not something else to fit into a box. I talk about not wearing a bra, crop tops, flowing clothes, and not owning anything I like wearing. Let yourself be yourself and wear what you want to.
I talk about the ridicule standards we as a society set up for ourselves. While women are especially affected by this, we are pressuring men into the beauty standard more and more as well. I talk about not shaving as a woman, fatphobia, the impossible beauty image, hairstyles, and more.
I started walking barefoot earlier this year and it didn't just change my feet, but also my mindset, mental health, and happiness. I walk barefoot in almost any setting and it has changed everything. I now live barefoot whenever possible.
