The pandemic is making us hesitate before helping others. It makes us care more about the current crisis than the bigger crisis on the horizon. And people don't even think about it.
I'm not a winter person. Actually, I really dislike snow. But today, the German winter is at the small portion of the Venn diagram, where the sun is warm enough, the snow is packed tightly enough, and the wind is calm enough, where even I can appreciate the winter landscape.
I used to consume book after book without remembering anything. Since, I have changed my approach to reading and it has changed things quite a bit. Interacting with books makes me remember things and come up with new concepts and ideas.
