Why I quit meditation

I quit the app Headspace. I no longer use Waking Up with Sam Harris. I stopped using a meditation app, in general. By society's perception, I stopped meditating. Instead, I found a better way to sort through my thoughts, to feel through my emotions: being present and mindful. It's okay not to meditate and in this video, I will tell you why.
