In this episode, I talk about my transition to floor sleeping, walking barefoot, and how I've invited more movement into my previously sedentary lifestyle.
I tell you all about how I started sleeping on the floor, how long it took to get used to sleeping on the floor, what I use as a floor sleeping setup, and why I'm doing it in the first place.
Now that the temperatures are little less hostile, I am also walking barefoot a lot and give a few tips on how to start walking barefoot.
And finally, I explain what I've done to be less sedentary. I have made a few simple changes to invite more natural movement into my everyday life.
