When I first watched her Netflix show, it sparked something inside of me. Immediately after finishing the series, I read her books. I had already started my minimalism journey but due to a long-distance move, it had stalled some. Consumerism had crept back in. I hadn't worked on my values yet and instead just cleared the clutter. The Marie Kondo method was my way back to minimalism–and working on myself. The Marie Kondo method isn't perfect but it inspired me to get back on track and I am grateful for that.
